It also provided better visibility of the operational and financial risks that could affect long-term performance, enabling more informed decisions before progressing with the investment.

The Challenge

A recycling organisation was developing a circular economy project intended to improve both sustainability outcomes and long-term financial performance. However, initial financial modelling indicated a lower-than-expected return on investment, raising concerns around viability and investment confidence.


The client required a clearer understanding of the project's risks, opportunities and value drivers before proceeding.

Our Approach
